30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your new stationery! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unmarked, and in the same condition that you received them.

• In the original packaging (including plastic wrapping).

• Note: Due to hygiene reasons, journals, planners, and washi tape that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at export@haihuate.cc with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will provide you with the return shipping address.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made a shipping error.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5-10 business days] . Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
